1. When was MathStar founded and in which year and where was MathStar incorporated?
MathStar was incorporated under Minnesota law in April 1997, and was reincorporated under Delaware law on June 14, 2005

2. What ticker symbol is MathStar stock traded under?
It is traded on the NASDAQ market under the ticker symbol MATH.

3. When did MathStar complete its initial public offering?
The IPO was completed on October 31, in 1997, and MathStar sold 2.5 million shares at $9 per share. In March of 2000, the company had a secondary offering of 2.2 million shares.
In June of 2007, the company completed an additional offering of 21.9 million shares, raising approximately $37 in net proceeds.

4. Who is MathStar’s transfer agent?
MathStar’ transfer agent is Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, and you can contact them at (800) 468-9716.

5. When does your fiscal year end?
MathStar’s fiscal year ends December 31.

6. How many shares of MathStar are outstanding?
As of July 1, 2007 MathStar has 20.9 million shares outstanding.

As of June 30,2007,  the company had 77 employees.

11. Does MathStar have a direct stock purchase program?
No, MathStar does not have a direct purchase program at this time. Investors interested in purchasing MathStar stock would need to contact a stockbroker.

12. Does MathStar pay a cash dividend?
No, MathStar has never declared cash dividends and presently intends to continue this policy.
